Online businesses need email and hosting to keep running. IONOS One and One Web Hosting allows you to create email archives, but does not explain “how to create email archives 1 and 1”.
Create 1 and 1 email account for email access
First enter email settings 1 and 1. 1and1.com is the official website of 1and1.com. www.ionos.com/1and1.com/.

On the Mail Tab, click the “Create New Email User” link to create a new email account.

- Business Plan for 1&1 Mail
Once you’ve selected your basic plan, click the “Set up mailbox” option and you’re good to go.
After entering some personal information, you will see a new mailbox in front of you.
First and last names can also be used to create emails. This is the email address used to send email from your domain. This is the email address you use for business purposes.
This is the email address used to send email from your domain. For example, this email address is xyz@yourdomain.com.
- To begin, type in your First name.
- Enter Your Last Name in the box provided.
- To keep your account safe, use a complex password.
Repeat the password you supplied in this area by repeating the password you submitted in the previous field.
