36.8 c to f : We all know that 36.8° Celsius or 98.24° Fahrenheit is the standard human body temperature. These are exact numbers but most people consider the figure to be 37°C which is 98°F. A medical thermometer used to measure a person’s body temperature is usually calibrated with Fahrenheit units. Thus, a thermometer reading above 98.24°F would indicate a high fever.
High fever is a condition where an organism’s body heats up to a temperature higher than normal. This may be due to external reasons. Sometimes, the body raises its temperature to protect itself from pathogens or other conditions.

- Normal body temperature ranges between 36.5°C (97.7°F) and 37.5°C (99.5°F). Some people may be ordinary and have a slightly higher average temperature of 98.24 degrees Fahrenheit.

There is no universal normal human body temperature. It varies slightly from person to person and also varies based on the individual’s age and gender.
Body temperature is normal for a newborn
Doctors say that a healthy person’s normal body temperature (measured at the rectum) is between 97°F and 100.3°F.
Normal body temperature for children
The average body temperature for human babies is 97°F to 100.4°F (between 36°C and 38°C) based on the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Body Temperature for Adults
The normal body temperature of an adult human, measured through the mouth, is approximately 36.8 °C (36.8 c to f = 98.2 °F). If the temperature is measured in the armpits, the reading is approximately 36.5°C (36.5c to f = 97.7°F). Body temperatures inside body cavities such as the vagina, rectum, or ear are about 37.5°C (99.5°F).

The human body can have a fever above this temperature.
If the temperature in the mouth is higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius (or 99.5 degrees F) inside the rectum, it can be considered a fever.
